As you likely know, it has been a busy but exciting year for the GPO. We just elected a new leader, had a policy convention, and ran two strong by-elections this year with another on the way. Even with all of this activity, we are debt free and have started a campaign fund for the 2011 provincial election. We could not have done this without everyone pitching in, and I want to thank you for your past financial support.
Our new leader, Mike Schreiner, is committed to being a full time leader and is preparing an ambitious and focused plan to ensure that the Green party voice is heard at Queen’s Park. Included in this plan is the goal of raising a $1 million dollars. With everyone’s support, the 2011 election will be our most significant to date!
