  • Assist in overseeing the operations of the party’s national office in Ottawa, including managing a staff peaking at 185 individuals during the 42nd General Election.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the party when Executive Director is not present.
  • Prepare the annual and campaign budgets, totaling $6 million.
  • Develop and execute the Annual and Campaign Plans, as approved by the governing body of the party, Federal Council.
  • Develop a comprehensive multi-year strategic plan to identify supporters, increase members, and expand the pool of donors.
